STORYCENTER REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Workshop space is limited and registration is on a first come first served basis. We cannot reserve your place without full payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your registration is complete. If the workshop is full, you will be placed on a wait list and notified if space becomes available.

Cancellation of a workshop registration must be received at info@storycenter.org at least one month before the start date of the workshop for a full refund. Registrants who cancel their registration between two weeks and one month before the registration date may choose between a 50% refund or a StoryCenter voucher for the full amount. After two weeks before the workshop start date, no refunds or vouchers are possible. Refunds that are requested more than 60 days after your initial payment will be less PayPal's transaction fees.

Occasionally StoryCenter may find it necessary to cancel a course or workshop due to low enrollment or other scheduling conflicts. If this occurs, registered participants will be contacted and allowed to transfer to another class or be refunded the full workshop. Please check in with StoryCenter prior to finalizing travel arrangements.
