PAUSE- As the Earth stands still, ahh ... breathe, rest, technology amuck, people frenzied, afraid and stuck, paralyzed, mesmerized, robotic, no feelings, non-thinkers, they are testing now, waiting, COVID-19, social distancing, isolation, psyche-breaking,

PAUSE- quiet, the air is still, stale acrid, eyes burn, sprinkle like pain COVID-19. People push, toilet paper rush, no more fresh air! We numbed, we dumbed, "Netflixing," don't think, just watch "Pandemic," but,

PAUSE- restore, introspect, plant seeds, re/birth you/yourself, be in your skin, help somebody! Be "we,” not "me.” 140 million, all "poor,” dignity, respect, is what we ask for! Panic, fear, fascism, no New World Order. Organize, resistance, hold on, be strong, sit still not for long. A moment in time, soon all behind, just

PAUSE- breathe. Be silent, meditate, listen to spirit! Hold on, breathe. Just PAUSE.
